Fat loss coaching that holds
Lose body fat, keep your muscle and hold the result — built on strength training, sensible nutrition and habits that survive a normal week.
Why most attempts fail
The problem isn't willpower
Short, aggressive diets work — briefly. Calories drop hard, weight falls quickly, training is exhausting, and then life happens. The plan was never built to survive contact with a busy month, so the weight comes back and the cycle restarts.
The second problem is losing the wrong tissue. Dieting without proper strength training and enough protein costs you muscle, which leaves you smaller, weaker and easier to regain fat on.
What we build instead
- A calorie intake you can actually hold
- Strength training two to four times a week
- Protein built into meals you already eat
- Daily movement and step targets
- Habits reviewed weekly, not willpower
- A real maintenance plan at the end

Fat loss coaching FAQ
Do I have to count calories?
Not necessarily, but you do need some way of knowing roughly what you're eating. For some clients that's tracking for a period; for others it's portion structure and habit targets.
How quickly will I lose weight?
Rate depends on your starting point, training history and how much structure your week allows. The aim is a pace you can sustain while keeping muscle and performance — not the fastest possible number on the scales.
Do I need to give up alcohol or eating out?
No. A plan that can't survive a wedding or a weekend away isn't a plan. We build the strategy around the life you actually have.
Will I lose muscle?
Strength training and adequate protein are non-negotiable parts of the approach specifically to protect muscle while body fat comes down.
What happens when I reach my goal?
You move into a maintenance phase with a plan for holding the result. Maintenance is a coaching phase in its own right, not an afterthought.
