Online coaching · Ireland

Online fitness coaching across Ireland

Real coaching delivered remotely — an individual programme, technique review on your lifts, nutrition support and a coach reviewing your progress, not a PDF you never hear about again.

The difference

Coaching, not a downloaded programme

Plenty of online services sell you a training template. The programme is the easy part — the coaching is what makes it work.

Individual programming

Built around your training age, schedule, equipment, injury history and goal — then rewritten as you progress.

Technique review

You upload video of key lifts; you get specific, prioritised feedback rather than "looks good".

Accountability

Scheduled check-ins and a coach who follows up when sessions start getting missed.

Progress reviews

Strength numbers, weight trends, measurements and training logs reviewed together.

Nutrition support

Calorie and protein targets, practical food strategies and adjustments as your body changes.

Long-term progression

Training blocks that build on each other across months, including maintenance phases when life gets busy.

Who it suits

Built for people with real schedules

Online coaching suits anyone outside Waterford, anyone who travels, shift workers, and athletes training with a club gym. You train when it suits you — the structure and the coaching stay the same.

GAA players and athletes often combine online coaching with the Explosive Athlete programme.

What you'll need

Online coaching FAQ

Will online coaching work if you're not physically beside me?

Yes, provided you're willing to film your lifts and check in honestly. Video review often catches more than a live session, because the footage can be slowed down and compared week to week.

Is online coaching suitable for beginners?

It is, and beginners get a lot from it. The first block focuses on learning a small number of lifts properly, with video feedback on every one of them.

Do I need a specific gym?

No. Your programme is written around the equipment you actually have access to, whether that's a commercial gym, a club gym or a home setup.

How often is my programme updated?

Programmes are reviewed on a regular check-in cycle and adjusted whenever your progress, schedule or recovery calls for it — not left to run for months unchanged.

How do we communicate?

Through a coaching app and direct messaging, with scheduled written or video check-ins. Response times are agreed at the start so expectations are clear.

Can I switch between online and in-person coaching?

Yes. Clients in Waterford sometimes combine online programming with occasional in-person technique sessions.
